Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at SmartLockr, you are part of a young and ambitious team. Your role is a vital one at SmartLockr. The Sales Team of SmartLockr is always looking for the right people at the right companies to find winnable business and turn this into revenue. We rely on your communication skills, work ethic, intense persistence, curiosity in qualifying, sales talents, and ability to learn and grow with our technology and processes.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representatives for the Dutch, German and Swedisch market.


  • Outbound phone calling to qualify leads and schedule online / on-site demos;
  • Follow-up calls after online / on-site demos;
  • Become proficient in all sales tools and sales processes;
  • Use our CRM system (Pipedrive) as a guideline for prospecting;
  • Seek new trend and strategies around sales prospecting and acquisition;
  • Identify, qualify and engage with prospects to move opportunities to closure;
  • Work in a collaborative environment sharing strategies, working on marketing and social tactic.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field;
  • 1-3 years of technology / software / IT sales experience;
  • Great communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment;
  • Passion for our product and sales;
  • The desire to learn and grow with(in) the company;
  • A first experience as an Inside Sales or outbound hunter;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in Dutch, German or Swedisch (English would be a plus);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Being a teamplayer / encourager;
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage time and tasks;
  • Ability to take initiative and build your own success;
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
